Flexible priority IT support without a monthly contract. Your Support Pass is available for the period and support window shown below.

- ✓ Extended weekdays, 7 am–7 pm
- ✓ 3-business-hour response target
- ✓ Valid for 6 months
- ✓ No call-out fees for travel under 30 minutes
Support Pass terms
Unscheduled work outside the included window uses hours at 1.5×. Queensland public-holiday work uses hours at 2×. Planned after-hours work scheduled by Avant IT remains at the normal 1× rate. Pricing covers support labour only; products and third-party costs are separate.
